Fourth graders are supposed to have some homework each night. If they are utilizing their school time wisely they may not have much. Please encourage your child to study their spelling words, read every night, do IXL, review new concepts learned in class, practice their math facts, and study for upcoming tests.

IXL LESSONS: Students MUST BE LOGGED INTO THEIR ACCOUNT.
They need to use the IXL link on the Student Link Page (There is one at the top of this page. Bookmark it for your student.)
Students can work in the Diagnostic Assessment Arena to update it for math and language. Once they log into IXL from the student links page they will click the Assessment tab to enter the Diagnostic Arena. Students have their Iog in information in front of their planners. If their Diagnostic Arena is up to date, they can work in the Learning Arena. They should complete teacher-recommended lessons first.
***Students should complete at least 2 - 20 min. sessions per week***
